Enoch Chang, Chairman of the Board
Enoch Chang served as a counselor and speechwriter for Taiwan Vice President Annette Lu from 2004 to 2008. Prior to his work in Taiwan, Mr. Chang was an attorney in San Francisco and served on the local and national board of Taiwanese American Citizens League. Mr. Chang received his law degree from Harvard in 2000. |
